Damaged or Defective Items
We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Clear photos of the damaged or defective item and packaging
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for the return process and issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
Mystery boxes and mystery products
Custom-made or personalized products
Digital products and downloadable content
Any item that has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
No Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on any products. If an item qualifies under our damaged or defective item policy, we will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund.
Return Shipping
