I started reiki with Sara to help align my chakras and most importantly, balance my sacral chakra to get my womb ready to conceive. I had never gotten reiki before but heard so many great things and seeing that Sara is now practicing, I put my trust in her and booked a distance combo session to start. As a chronic pain patient, it's really hard to relax. If you're not relaxed, the pain gets worse. My Reiki sessions with Sara really helped relax me and release the tension. I have had distance reiki and in-person with the addition of singing bowls (sound bath) and tuning forks.

I love how she explains everything and how it works. The reiki does really "go where it needs to go" as she said, even though her intuition has already picked up on it.

It has also helped boost my energy and alleviate headaches.

I usually have a hard time fully relaxing or getting into a meditative state, but Sara's sound bath took me deeper than I've ever gone before. I’ve had two wonderful reiki sessions with Sara. I can say both have been revealing, and as well mind blowing. They both gave me this sense of peace and relief especially coming out of the sessions at the end. I’ve had vivid dreams that’s also provided me with much needed clarity as to what to expect which in itself is comforting.
