Return Policy

At The Eclectic Healing Witch, we take pride in carefully crafting and selecting our products. Due to the unique nature of many of our offerings, we have a limited return policy.

Damaged or Defective Items

We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at the.eclectic.healing.witch@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item and packaging

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for the return process and issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Mystery boxes and mystery products

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Digital products and downloadable content

  • Any item that has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on any products. If an item qualifies under our damaged or defective item policy, we will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund.
